Welcome! I have over fifteen years of clinical experience in mental health and I am dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through a cognitive behavioral structure, and to both pursue and achieve their personal and therapeutic goals. I have over a decade of experience treating individuals who are looking to feel better and my experience and expertise as a clinician have equipped me to successfully counsel individuals during good times and bad. My approach is warm and friendly, and my communication style is direct but with compassion. I also think humor can be very healing. I strive to guide client’s toward solutions and to help them meet their goals.

My priority with clients is to create a safe space by helping them feel heard and understood without judgment. If you're anxious, depressed or overwhelmed and living with painful emotions, therapy can help. Let me help you move to a place of understanding so you feel empowered to make new and different choices to improve your life and your relationships.
